Build Quality

Whether powder-coated steel or timber framed panels, DAB Graphics build quality is designed to last for many years in all outdoor conditions.

Our build quality is second to none - using the most up-to-date fabrication techniques. The graphics are encapsulated in GRP (Glass Reinforced Pastic) ‘our material of choice’. GRP is a high impact resistant material and protects the graphics from weather and vandalism. GRP is UV fade resistant and capable of withstanding outdoor conditions for up to ten years plus.

Polycarbonate – reverse mounted, it offers excellent impact resistance but graffiti can be difficult to remove. Ideal for short term interpretation panels and indoor use.

Specialising in Powder Coated Steel, Solid Oak and timber & Aluminium in a range of styles to suit the customer’s requirements. Our range includes (from left to right) Waymarkers (1), Routered Tree Markers (2), Pedestal Lecterns - steel or Oak (3), Double legged Lecterns A2 – A0 (4), Vertical Mounted Boards (5) with ball finials and header panel (6), Trail Boards (7), Pitched Roof Shelters (8), Vertical Cabinet or Cabinet & Display Combination (9). We offer a bespoke design service and can manufacture to your exact requirements.

Manufacture lead time: standard boards 3 to 5 weeks.
